New Here?

Not sure where to begin? Start here.

Four simple steps to see if we're the right fit, choose how you'd like to get started, and get on the path toward answers.

Step 1

Are we a good fit?

Root Restore Health isn't for everyone — and that's by design. Take a minute to see if this is the right kind of support for what you're dealing with.

This is a good fit if you're dealing with:

  • Ongoing fatigue or low energy that hasn't improved with standard care
  • Digestive issues — bloating, irregularity, food sensitivities
  • Hormone imbalances, including thyroid, cycle, or stress-related concerns
  • Chronic inflammation or an autoimmune-adjacent picture
  • A history of normal labs but symptoms that don't add up
  • A desire to understand root causes, not just manage symptoms

This is not the right fit for:

  • Medical emergencies or acute symptoms — please call 911 or go to urgent care
  • Diagnosing or treating a specific disease, or replacing your physician
  • Prescribing or managing prescription medications, including controlled substances
  • In-person physical exams — all visits are virtual
  • Crisis mental health support

Step 2

Choose your next step

Not sure which to pick? The discovery call is a low-pressure way to ask questions first.

No Cost

Free Discovery Call

15 minutes

A brief virtual conversation to share what you're experiencing, ask questions, and find out if a full consultation makes sense — no obligation.

Step 3

Complete the secure intake form

Whichever path you chose, this HIPAA-friendly intake helps Stan understand your full picture before you meet.

Health history
Goals for working together
Current physicians & clinicians
Medications & supplements
Lifestyle & daily habits
Recent labs, if available

Takes about 10–15 minutes. You can save and return if you need to gather lab results first.

Step 4

Scheduling happens after review

Once your intake form is submitted, Stan personally reviews every response — your history, your goals, and whether this is a case he's well-positioned to help with.

If it looks like a good fit, you'll receive an email with a scheduling link to book your consultation or discovery call at a time that works for you.

Please note: Submitting an intake form is the first step in this process — it does not by itself establish a client relationship. A client relationship begins only once Stan has reviewed your submission and confirmed he can accept your case.

Ready when you are.

Start with whichever step makes sense for you — there's no wrong place to begin.
